Project Description
All Villas are considered a stand-alone home that is designed to blend into its surroundings while taking into account the interaction with the climate, including summer and winter conditions. they are designed to take advantage of the wind that blows from the north, north-east, and north-west during the summer and allow it to penetrate the spaces. At the same time, it has a wind catcher (Malqaf) that takes wind from this direction above the ground and channels it into the house. The building envelope is designed to incorporate sun breakers on the facade; the building is recessed, to prevent sun rays from entering the building during the hot summer months while allowing solar rays to penetrate through the entire space to warm the building during the winter. A light shaft in the center of this building allows natural light into every room. There are three levels and a basement in the building. There are a guest room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and an open-plan living area on the ground floor with an open court at the entrance. The light shaft illuminates the areas, which have complete natural ventilation. the first floor, which has a family living area with a terrace, three further rooms, and a master bedroom. Each room has its own bathroom. Solar heaters are installed on the roof, and an English court provides lighting for the basement. whereas the average back garden is 4000 m2 with a kitchen.
