Project Description

Residential buildings are built to provide human comfort along with superior indoor environmental quality. In the case of multi-story buildings, the residential building attempts to identify unique characteristics that convey its purpose as a residence and to personalize the units within the complex. For housing complexes, residential buildings attempt to emphasize equality among members of the residential community. The residential building uses all environmental benefits to achieve human comfort (environmentally, socially, and economically). The towers were planned as mixed-use buildings including residential, office, and commercial areas. It considers the levels of privacy, with commercial areas welcoming all types of users, office spaces semi-public, allowing users and various guests, and residential spaces private with special visitors.

Green Valley Tower

The location is located in Aghakhan, on the major axis of downtown street leading from the Nile, in one of the most populous business districts. It has a 50-meter facade facing north and a land depth of 2000 m2. It is made up of three commercial floors, two administrative floors, and seven residential floors. The commercial center has 87 businesses in various locations, the administration has 36 offices in various locations, and the residential section has 56 apartments. Each story has eight flats, in addition to underground parking. The commercial area's design includes a grand entrance that is four floors high and flagged with columns, as well as two side entrances and an atrium with escalators to promote visual and vertical circulation. It supports all security and fire codes. The basic design allows for flexibility in the shop area through the use of moveable partitions and unique MEP supply and control systems. The office and residential areas have separate entrances. Offices are also constructed with optimum flexibility to accommodate small, medium, and large offices. The residential complex is divided into two towers, allowing for orientation and street views from all flats. The small tower has three flats each level, whereas the large tower has five flats per floor. Flats have maximum indoor privacy and a minimum area of circulation.

El Shaheed Tower

It includes three commercial floors, two administrative floors, and seven residential floors. El Nile Tower

The tower overlooking the Nile, located on Nile Cornich Street in Cairo. The tower is primarily made up of four luxurious apartments per floor each apartment enjoys the Nile view. It consists of two commercial floors, ten residential floors, and one basement floor. The commercial and residential areas have separate entrances.

Nasr City Complex

The project is located at the end of Tayaran Street in Nasr City. It's a large complex with 13 apartment buildings and an office tower clustered around a central courtyard. The ground and first floors are dedicated to commercial activity, including a variety of retailers, a food court, and a mega store, in addition to 1 floor for offices and 8 stories residential. The bottom floor also includes two cinemas, each having its own entrance on a side street. The commercial and residential sectors have distinct entrances, with the commercial entrance featuring a unique design.

Architects Residence Project

The project consists of two commercial units and five residential floors. The first two residential floors are made up of five units each. The remaining three floors are divided into three units each. The project is separated into two different residence models: A and B. Model A includes a lobby area, living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. Model B includes a lobby area, living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
